Borderlands

Borderlands speelt zich af in een postapocalyptisch tijdperk waarin de mensheid is gaan emigreren naar andere planeten. Ergens in het sterrenstelsel bevind jij je, en op de planeet Pandora wordt geleefd alsof ‘t het Wilde Westen is. Het leven is zwaar buiten de grote stad, maar in deze omgeving valt nog genoeg geld te verdienen. Er moeten mensen beroofd worden, criminelen omgelegd worden en schatten gevonden worden. De grootste schat is een geheime kluis, ergens verstopt in dit niemandsland. Het vinden van die schat is jouw grote doel, maar je moet flink wat opgeven om jouw moment van glorie mee te maken.

Between

You know exactly what you need to do — you can see it shimmering right there in front of you. You can see it while dreaming, too, and the difference has become subtle. Dreams wake into dreams, and people blend in and out: real characters and dream characters, all woven into the same script. Finally, they fade completely, and you’re alone in the expanse with the construction. With time, you feel something growing, a pinhole that eventually yawns into a deep ravine of longing. The construction languishes, though the expanse seems indifferent.
